At Momentum Tire Direct, your experience is important to us. When issues arise, we understand how our response can make all the difference to you. To initiate a return, simply email the return request form below and we will start the process.
Step 1. Submit Request
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date. We only accept returns for unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on. Once the tires are delivered back to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund (minus a handling fee) back to the original form of payment. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless a replacement order is made with us. If the return is the result of a shipping error by Momentum Tire Direct, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Step 2. Prepare your return
Securely tape each return label to the tread of the tire as directed. Ensuring the label is taped securely is important so the label does not fall off during shipping.
Step 3. Ship your tires back.
After securing the labels, take the tires to your local FedEx Ship Center and they will take care of the rest.
Tires covered by a manufacturer’s warranty are sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty for those that qualify. Other than applicable manufacturer’s warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Momentum Tire Direct is happy to facilitate the manufacturer warranty process for all of our customers. Customers will be responsible for shipping tires from the original order back to our warehouse. Not all tire claims are guaranteed a refund. Tire claims are inspected on a case-by-case basis directly by the manufacturer to ensure the claim fits with the manufacturer’s guidelines of coverage. Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a tread life warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a tread life warranty.
